Full Force Consultancy Services, led by Ms. Jennifer De Leon, conducted a refresher seminar on International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for Santa Maria Water District (SMWD)’s new hires and internal audit team at the 4th Floor Multi-Purpose Room, SMWD Building on November 27, 2025. The session provided participants with an overview of ISO history, the benefits of ISO to the agency, and ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and activities. Participants also gained knowledge on handling complaints, addressing non-conformities, and supporting the continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

The seminar equipped new hires with a strong foundation in SMWD’s QMS, allowing them to align their daily work practices with the agency’s standards for quality and excellent service. For the internal audit team, the refresher reinforced essential audit principles and provided up-to-date insights on ISO requirements—strengthening their vital role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across all SMWD operations.
