Santa Maria Water District was invited to be a blood donor by the Alumni of Batch ’88 of Sacred Heart Academy to join their partnership with Philippine Red Cross for the 24th Blood Letting Activity last February 21, 2021, Sunday held at San Gabriel Basketball Court (near San Gabriel Parish Church – new site), San Gabriel – MahabangParang boundary from 8am to 12noon.
Our employees were very glad that they were able to join the activity entitled “Dugo Mo BuhayKo” and donate blood to give support for the people who are in need of it for their health. There were four (4) participants from Santa Maria Water District who joined the said activity namely Engr. Emmanuel Enrico A. De Vera (Department Manager B), Engr. Edbert Joseph O. Malapitan (Engineering Assistant), Mr. Anthony B. Carida (Water/Sewerage Maintenance Man A), Mr. Engelbert R. Lazaro (Water Resources Facilities Operator A) and his wife, Mrs. Charm Lazaro also attended the said activity. In addition, snacks were provided after the activity by Human Resource – Ms. Regine Joy A. Guballa
Donating blood is a simple thing that we could offer and to give happiness in saving human lives. We will continue supporting their mission.
